In reply to <a href="https://lifeimprovementbootcamp.com/become-more-productive-right-away/#comment-57">Marina</a>.

Dear,
Numerous studies have been done on this subject and most of them come to the conclusion that our brain can't handle two complex tasks at once. Multitasking is according to these studies, switching quickly between two or more tasks. In many laboratory tests, men and women do equally well, however results often show that under time pressure women were found to be calmer and better organized performing several things together. But to my knowledge no study provided conclusion whether this is biological or culturally imposed.
Now, for my personal opinion on the subject of multitasking in general, I would like to make a reference to the book of Gary Keller, "The One Thing". This books subject is about getting things done the right way and it literally says that multitasking is a hoax. You can not have equal focus on different things at the same time if you want a performant outcome and that is my experience and opinion as well.

Hello,

Great blog!
It is said that women are better at multitasking than man.
I would like to "hear" your opinion on that matter.
Is there some scientifically evidence about this?

Thank you

Good Morning and thanks for the share of your post.

Some great advice here, things I know, BUT it is really important to have this kind of reminder every now and then to help kick-on.

Looking forward to reading some more :-)
